On Monday August 28th, NYC-based guitarist and composer Gene Ess Shimosato will be leading a phenomenal quintet featuring some of Tokyo’s finest musicians, including Akahiro Yoshimoto on saxophone, Yosuke Inoue on bass, and Masahiko Osaka on drums. The quintet will be performing original music from Shimosato’s recently released album Absurdist Theater at Bar Bar Bar, an exciting new jazz club in Naka-ku Yokohama.
